The Nevada Property of Capella Resources Is Approximately 700 Kilometers Northwest Of Santiago, Chile

The Nevada Gold-Copper project is a 100% owned property of Capella Resources and is located on the Maricunga Gold Belt in the Republic of Chile. It is a 1900 hectare landholding which is situated approximately 700 kilometers to the northwest of Santiago, Chile. The exploration work completed by the company at the project site includes Ground Magnetic surveys, historical compilation, Induced Polarization ("IP") and a detailed hyperspectral remote sensing study. Recently conducted magnetic surveys and IP have outlined a half kilometer-diameter circular magnetic anomaly and hydrothermal alteration target in the western area of the claims group.

The results of a detailed remote sensing study indicate an establishment of a two kilometer-diameter intensely altered high priority target zone to the east and northeast of the magnetic high and a 2000 meter drilling program has also been planned for this zone. The Nevada Gold-Copper project of
Capella Resources is strategically located between the Exeter Resource Corporation's Caspiche Project and Kinross Gold's Maricunga Mine. Kinross Gold's Maricunga Mine is said to host a gold resource of over 6 million ounces while, the Exeter resource has recently reported a diamond drill intersection (CSD-016) of 627 meters of 1.1 g/t Au and 0.43% Cu. This has helped the nearby Caspiche to become a major gold-copper discovery at a distance of three kilometers from the Nevada property.

The process of gold enrichment on the Nevada property of Capella Resources is hydrothermal and is associated with a massive 200mX400m breccia body with vuggy silica alteration that has intruded dacitic volcanic rocks. The Gold mineralization process at Nevada is consistent with high sulphidation gold systems like Veladero, Pierina and Yanacocha. Being a near surface gold deposit it provides excellent potential for the company.
