Tinton Gold Project is a 100% owned project of Capella Resources Ltd / Capella Resources. Contained in 157 unpatented mining claims, the Tinton property is a 1270 hectare landholding of the company. The project is located 15 kilometers west-northwest of the famous Homestake Mine which has been active in the Tinton area for over 125 years. The mine is situated in the Black Hills at Lead which are intersected by two major plate scale structures and at their intersection gold production of over 45 million troy ounces has been realized.

Work performed by Capella Resources Ltd. and Capella Resources. on its Tinton property includes a regional gravity survey, systematic sampling for gold of the Eocambrian outcrops, and two deep core holes (WR-93-1 and WR-94-2), spaced approximately 7 km apart. According to the company’s geologists, there are evidences of a blind Homestake-style deposit with 40 million ounce potential to be situated under Paleozoic cover in the area of the Capella Claims Group on the east side of the Tinton Dome.

On behalf of the company Brain Cole, P. Geo completed an independent review of the Tinton Gold Project in which he analyzed 16 contiguous chip samples which were taken from the nearby adit that contained anomalous gold in basal Deadwood sandstone. Out of the 16 samples that were analyzed, 14 samples were taken from sandstone while, the remaining 2 were taken from an Eocene-age intrusive sill. The analysis had shown that nine out of fourteen samples in sandstone contained gold values more than 100ppb. For its Tinton property, the company also received permits for drilling a 2000 meter hole to the east of the adit. Harvey Project Of Capella Resources Is Located In The Western New Brunswick Claim Block

The Harvey Project of Capella Resources is located in the western New Brunswick claim block, which is a group of 427 mineral claims covering more than 1100 hectares, and is situated in the margins of the Carboniferous basin. The claims block follows a general strike of low-lying ridges that contain sandstones, conglomerates, volcanogenic sediments, and felsic pyroclastic rocks. According to the data available, this area is said to host uranium mineralization, and a considerable concentration of uranium has also been reported in the geochemical data which makes this area a favourable site for large-scale mineralization of various metallic deposits.

The geologists of Capella Resources analyzed the company's 2007 airborne radiometric and magnetic survey data and identified six geophysical anomalies extending over a two-kilometer strike length. The company dispatched a ground reconnaissance team to anomalous areas where they discovered surface outcrops measuring between 5,000 and 8,000 counts per second (cps), and one outcrop registering 40,000 cps and reading 1,475 ppm Uranium on a hand-held scintillometer. Immediately after this, a Phase I diamond drilling program was started to test the first high priority target.

By November 2007, the company completed drilling 10 holes out of which the first six holes encountered substantial amounts of Uranium enrichment localized in cross cutting structures in a complex and continuous alteration zone. The Geophysical data indicates permissive areas for mineralization due to which Capella Resources continues to analyze airborne geophysical data supported by in-field ground verification on all New Brunswick claims in order to reduce claim holdings. New Brunswick land position of the company also includes the Central and Eastern claims groups which are presently being evaluated for their feasibility and future exploration. Capella Resources Has Nickel-Copper Properties In Labrador, Atlantic Canada

Capella Resources Ltd

Capella Resources is a Canada based junior exploration and mining development company. The company holds an extensive land position in the areas of Newfoundland and Labrador. It has over 2,900 mineral claims covering more than 74,000 hectares of land, and has been actively exploring for nickel, copper, chromium, titanium and other base metals in the central and south-eastern areas of Labrador. The mineral claims in these areas were included as a part of the airborne geophysical surveys which included magnetics, electromagnetics and radiometrics and were conducted in 2007. While searching for a Voisey's Bay-Style deposit, the Labrador properties identified over 50 Nickel/Copper and other base metal Electro-magnetic ("EM") anomalies. Voisey's Bay is the world's richest nickel-copper-cobalt deposit, found in northern Labrador.

In order to support ground-truthing of geophysical data and cue-in for over 200 permitted drilling targets, Capella Resources set up a forward base of operations in Labrador. A total of 18 of the top ranked EM anomalies were targeted for ground follow-up during 2008. To validate and rank the anomalies in five locations around Snegamook Lake and Wilson Lake in Capella's Central Claims area in Labrador, a team comprising of nine experts was dispatched and a total of 99 surface samples were collected and analyzed. These surface sampling results included peak copper assay values greater than 1%.

While the south-eastern claims group of Labrador consists of an area where the metamorphic suite including hornfels facies, gneiss, paragneiss, amphibolite, dominates geology. Anorthosite and granite have also been reported in this area. Geophysical targeting in this area has thus, resulted in the identification of seven areas of company's interest.
